It seems like a lot to me right now because my calorie diet is so slow!!!! You want to be discerning when you pick out your tea--always pick tea with all-natural ingredients and no additives--but oolong tea will not cause you to gain weight. If you have to chew something then sugar free gum will be your friend. I also use Bee Pollen and Therm tablets as a source of natural and natural caffeine energy.
