Uniquely Yours Plan involves additional foods. I would advise to look for some other ways of losing weight in order to save your health and shape. It helps when you have support. Keep a positive attitude. The second week was easier. I only lost 2 lbs the second week but it was still a loss. Breakfast options include oatmeal, muffins, granola, and pancakes.
However, I'm learning to keep all my meals small and frequent (just like I should have been doing all along!). I plan to definitely buy this product again, I really love it and finally, I've successfully changed my eating lifestyle.
