It was not a mistake, but not as helpful as I'd hoped. Kind of a sales pitch for the diet plan, not as many recipes as I'd hoped.

Older book not up to date. Very good way of eating and easy to follow recipes and menu building. I've gifted this book during one of my relocations and it's helped the recipient.
